Heyo! Fact: there's never been a better time to be a creative entrepreneur — to have big ideas and also have access to the tools to execute those ideas. But dreaming up ideas is the easy part. Where most of us get tripped up is once we start thinking about the logistics:

I recently read a book by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy that presented an efficient solution to this problem with a simple mindset shift... in fact, I've started asking myself this about every
thing:
Who is the best person to get this done?
Who's unique abilities will allow them to get this done better than I could have myself?
Once you mentally free yourself from having to do everything, you are no longer the bottleneck and can then focus on your own unique abilities.
Stop trying to do it all yourself. Who Not How is the way forward.
